Questions about insurance? All the Insurance Documents are in the SCORA File Cabinet.
SCORA Paddlers: All paddlers, escort skippers, coaches, and any others who participate in your club's paddling program need to complete a 2011 Release of Liability Form PRIOR to participating. Submit all original forms to SCORA; we recommend you keep a copy for your club's records, too.
Visiting Paddlers: All visiting crews must be from a recognized club and/or association and have proof of their own insurance as is required by Race Rule §3.2.1. Also, it is imperative that each member of a visiting crew, its coaches, skippers, any person on its escort boat, and any person who accompanies that crew in any capacity sign a SCORA Release of Liability form. For further information regarding insurance, please contact Insurance Officer Denise Shandroff.
